Azurite in Matrix Cabochon

We aren't sure of the source of this material but this was our only piece.

The cabochon measures 46 x 20 x 6.1 mm.  It has a girdle height approx. 2.2 mm and is sloped at 5 degrees for ease in setting.  The back is also polished.
