Disaster Peak Picture Jasper Cabochon

Disaster Peak Picture Jasper comes from the town of McDermitt which is on the border between Oregon and Nevada.

The cabochon measures 27 x 29 x 7.4 mm.  It has a girdle height approx. 2.3 mm and is sloped at 5 degrees for ease in setting.  The back is also polished.
