Unknown Cabochon

We are sure this has a name but for the life of us neither can think of it.

The cabochon measures 28 x 18 x 6.4 mm.  It has a girdle height approx. 2.5 mm and is sloped at 5 degrees for ease in setting.  The back is also polished.
